HORN-LOADED PERFORMANCE
Using the same Tractrix® horn technology and design principles of
our premium architectural and box speaker lines, the all new Klipsch
Designer series brings true Klipsch power and performance. With
a 6.5” Polypropylene woofer and a 1” Silk Dome tweeter mated to
a round Tractrix® horn, the DS-160CDT brings dynamic, powerful,
detailed Klipsch sound to your distributed audio, home theater, or
2-channel system.
PATENT-PENDING SKYHOOK™
TOOL-FREE INSTALLATION SYSTEM
The exclusive installation system engages the dog legs automatically
when the speaker is inserted into the cutout hole with a preset
clamping force, eliminating the possibility of overtorquing. This fast,
easy installation system reduces install time by up to 75%.
CONTROLLED DISPERSION TECHNOLOGY™
CDT technology allows for the tweeter and the woofer to be aimed up
to 15° in any direction, helping to ensure on-axis frequency response
at almost any listening position.
ALL NEW, BEZEL-FREE MAGNETIC GRILLE
A completely redesigned powercoated magnetic steel grille
eliminates the bezel for seamless, pristine integration into the living
